Fox, is a small highly focused and personal law office assisting individuals and families in bankruptcy, reorganizations, debt negotiation, and small estate document production. We obtain a substantial portion of our business from client referrals. Our office is located in Hendersonville, Tennessee. We have been in the same office suite since January 1, 2004. Attorney Eric K. Fox, is the Owner and Founder of Fox Law, formerly known as The Law Office of Eric K. Fox, founded in November 2003 in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Rachel Fox, Eric’s wife, is a Paralegal and Business Manager for the firm. She is a graduate of Greenville College in Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree. Eric and Rachel met in Sunday school at a local Hendersonville Church in 2007 and were married in 2008 by Rachel’s father, a pastor, in Cape Girardeau, MO. Both are active in their local church, community organizations, and other Nashville area ministries. Rachel and Eric together serve as teachers in the Pre-School ministry at First Baptist Church Hendersonville. They have one daughter, Bailey, and two cats, Bobby and April.
Kristina Bolcar is our part-time Legal Assistant and Receptionist. Tina is originally from Germany, has extensive experience as a Legal Assistant in various national and international law firms, including Jones Day and Kephart & Fisher.
Noah Geerholt is also part-time Legal Assistant and Receptionist. Noah is a graduate of Hendersonville High School and Volunteer State Community College. While working part-time at Fox Law, Noah is also working towards his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications at Middle Tennessee State University (Minor in Dramatic Arts). Noah is an accomplished local actor in leading roles.
