- Bankruptcy: $875 total attorney fee for basic Chapter 7; $100 attorney retainer fee to get the process started; $550 to file Chapter 7 on payment plan (one contract to file, another contract post-petition to finish). Prices may vary depending on your specific situation.
- Uncontested divorce (basic): $600 without children; $800 with children.
Chapter 7 bankruptcy clients can be put on a payment plan. In Chapter 13 bankruptcy, you will not owe money up front. Rather, your balance will be paid through the repayment plan.
